One thread per client
The Inbox gathers each client conversation in one thread, whatever channel it arrived on, and keeps it on that person's record in People. Anyone on your team with Inbox access can pick up where a colleague left off.
Send from your own address
Connect your email under Settings, My Account, Email & signature. Replies then go out from your own address, so clients answer you directly and the conversation stays in the Inbox.
