Understand your wedding film release timeline

Your wedding portal shows where your project sits in the journey, from planning through delivery. Before the wedding, you will see the countdown to the day. Afterward, the portal reflects the stage your film is in as we move through post-production.

You may also see how long you have been married after the wedding day, because the experience is about more than delivery. It is about preserving the story as it becomes part of your life.

Skytona uses a structured release model so the film has the time it needs. Trailer delivery is targeted around 3 months after the wedding, the feature film around 6 months, and documentary moments such as full ceremony, first dances, and toasts around the first anniversary.

A rushed film is not the standard. If an earlier delivery is needed, contact Skytona so we can discuss whether a rush timeline is possible.

Skytona follows a 3-2-1 memory protection mindset: multiple copies, multiple storage locations, and a protected copy separate from the active edit environment.

The principle is simple: your wedding footage should not depend on a single drive, a single machine, or a single point of failure.

Skytona believes privacy is a fundamental right. Your planning details include permissions for portfolio use, behind-the-scenes sharing, vendor tagging, embargo dates, and guests who should not appear in public marketing.
