The portal works best as a team

If one person forwards every cut, chases every approval, and pays every invoice, the portal is running at a fraction of its value. Inviting the right colleagues puts each part of the work in front of the person who owns it.

Your marketing lead approves social content. Your bookkeeper sees invoices. Your front-desk manager posts to the lobby screens. Nobody waits on anybody, and nothing bottlenecks through a single inbox.

Roles decide what each person sees

Team members are invited from Settings, under Company and then Team. Each invitation carries a role, and the role decides exactly what that person can see and do.

  1. OwnerFull control over billing, services, portal address, and team.
  2. Company adminManages workspace settings, services, reports, approvals, and team.
  3. Team adminManages people and day-to-day work across active services.
  4. ManagerWorks across active services without billing or company settings.
  5. Billing managerViews and pays invoices and receipts. Perfect for your bookkeeper.
  6. ContributorSees only assigned or granted work areas. The lightest touch.

Inviting someone

Invitations take under a minute, and access can be changed or removed just as fast when responsibilities shift.

  1. 1Open Settings, then Company, then TeamYou will see everyone who currently has access and their role.
  2. 2Send the invitationTheir email and a role. Match the role to the job: least access that gets their work done.
  3. 3Adjust as things changePromotions, departures, new responsibilities: roles are editable, and offboarding is one click.

Offboarding matters

When someone leaves your company, remove their portal access the same day you close their email. It is one click, and it keeps your account clean.
