One link instead of three attachments
A Smart File combines what you would usually send separately: the proposal, the agreement and the first payment. Your client opens one link, chooses what they want, signs and pays on the same page.
Create and share
- 1Start a fileOpen Smart Files, create a file and answer who it is for. Starting from a template (the Templates tab) saves rebuilding the same proposal each time.
- 2Edit itAdjust the packages, prices and terms for this client. The totals recalculate as you go.
- 3Share itChoose Share when it is ready. Sharing is the only way a file reaches a client, so nothing goes out by accident while you edit.
Before your first paid file
Connect payments under Settings, Company, Payments so client payments reach your business bank account.
